Interested in improving your mountain bike skills? Find yourself pushing your bike more than riding it? Or are you simply interested in trying the sport for the first time?Beginner’s Skills include understanding bike set up, learning how to properly use gears and brakes. You will learn how to read a trail and move your body on your bike to improve confidence and safety. We will also work on how to conquer trail obstacles like rocks, roots and small drops.After-bike lunch and coffee available at Nicola’s Café!
