Booking Conditions – MTB Rentals
Du hämtar ut din cykel i Gästgivarevägen 3, Simlångsdalen eller en sammarbetspartner inom 30 minuter efter den bokade tiden annars måste du meddela om du kommer senare. Upphämtas inte cykeln vid utsatt tid kan den hyras ut till annan kund, utan ersättning (ej pengar tillbaka). Vid vårdslöshet av cykeln ersätter kunden själv skadan.
Hyrcykeln skall spolas av före inlämning. Cykeltvätt finns bakom huset.
Vi stänger 18.00 – returnera cykeln tvättad innan dess.
Har du bokat en MTB-kurs så samlas gruppen utanför sammarbetspartner. Vänligen kom 10 minuter före utsatt tid. Ta med kläder efter väder och vattenflaskan. Vi också säljer vattenflaskan. Vid avbokning av cykelhyra senare än 3 dagar innan datum returneras ej kostnaden för hyrcykel etc
You can pick up your bike at Gästgiverivägen 3 Simlångsdalen or at one of our partners within 30 minutes of your booked time, otherwise you will have to notify us before if you will come later. If the bicycle is not picked up at the appointed time, it can be rented out to another customer, without compensation (no money back). In the event of negligence of the bicycle, the customer himself reimburses the damage.
The rental cycle must be washed before turning it back in. Bicycle wash is available behind Gästgivarevägen.
We close at 6pm – return the bike washed before then.
If you have booked an MTB tour, the group will gather outside our business partner’s location. Please arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled time. Bring clothes after the weather and the water bottle. We have water bottles for sale.
If you cancel a bicycle rental later than 3 days before the date, the cost of the rental bicycle etc is not returned
